At last a hot sunny weekend, so of course that must mean a trip to one of our local pubs. I spent a very nice hour with John sitting in the sun in a friendly country pub, just chilling. I felt a lot of the frustrations of the week just fall away, the guys at the web hosting company had sorted my problems out so now my site was working properly, John has a contract till the end of August and he is living at home, I feel I can now at least say I play tennis, not just run around the court chasing balls and my daughter and her family are all ok, so I have a lot to smile about.
This weekend coming will be different, the village barbecue is being held on the farm where I live, first time the place has been open to the public, we are of course going to it, but it is going to be very strange seeing lots of people walking around the gardens which are normally so quite. Hopefully we will get a warm sunny evening and raise lots of money for the village church. The next thing I am looking forward to is my brother coming for a few days with his family, they still live in the North East of England over 300 miles from me, so I do not get to see them very often and I miss them so much so that will be a highlight. other major things going on are the plans for the summer holidays Joanne is already trying out country parks and places to visit that are cheap, wheel chair friendly and will keep six children happy, so over the summer you should get to see the places we go and what we get up to, anyway friends enjoy the sunshine. love Susie. xxx
