A soft sultry sexy wine that leaves you wanting far more than is safe to drink, flavours of the hedgerows, bramble, rosehip and sloe berries all add to the fusion of flavours. I could see my self sitting on a french mountain side eating fresh cheese and bread and a bottle of this wine by my side, but this is from South Africa it is a blend of Pinotage and Shiraz so I can only imagine my self sitting contemplating a safari. I do not think this wine will lay down for more than 12 months so drink up and enjoy it.
