Well, my brother is staying with me for the week, along with his lovely wife and two sons, when Northern families get together it is a great excuse for a week long party, long evening suppers with lots of wine, followed by family stories. We also do great days outs which means about 12 of us go out together taking over many unsuspecting quite corners of the countryside, lots of laughs and wonderful memories along the way, no matter how challenging the weather might be we have a fun time. Our first trip this week has been to Avon Heath Country Park, great place to go in this credit crunch, we only paid for parking, yet there was an excellent kids play ground, lovely walks and a really good coffee shop with nice homemade cakes. Tuesday was a quite day for me and a quite hour by the pool but my brother had a great time at Lulworth Cove, tomorrow is family fun day with Joanne, Graham and the children all here to swim and have a long lazy lunch, pics to follow.
