After all the waiting the party finally got here and it did not let anyone down, we all had a wonderful evening.
The day of the party Saturday 23rd May was a wonderful hot sunny day which really got everyone into the party mood although it was very hectic for Graham and Jo getting the hall ready with Graham,s father, also keeping an eye on what the children where up to, it all came together in the end, the hall looked beautiful.
Jo had chosen a theme of lilac and silver for her tables, in the entrance was a caribbean theme with palm trees and parrots, which all the children loved.
My sister in law and I had the joy of dressing Jo and sorting out her flowers to go and greet everyone, so we both really enjoyed that, the children were on a high with excitement, Paige was not happy at having to get dressed up, but in the end she really enjoyed the party as much as we all did.
The highlight of the evening for me was watching Graham and Jo having there first married dance together and Grahams speech. I believe he has missed his vocation in life and should be a presenter, he was awesome.
I want to thank people for all the good wishes that have been sent to me, it has made it so special and also my family for traveling such long distances to share the evening with us, Graham’s family who picked up a very large bill for the wedding and everyone that came that evening which made it such a special night.
