I was working this weekend but still managed to find sometime to have a bit of fun with the children, oh yes and John. This is the beginning of the summer holidays and I am quite looking forward to a couple of days out with Joanne and the children, also my brother coming down from the north, that is really exciting for me as I never get enough time with him, I have taken a couple of days leave so we can have a few adventures. I am very lucky that my sister in law is like a sister to me and my nephews are also very close to John and I, they also are all very close to Joanne and her family so it will be large family picnics when they are down, results in lots of chatter and lots of laughs.
We are going to be trying some new places out over the next six weeks so you will be able to see what we get up to and also how wheelchair friendly they are, plus how gentle on the pocket they are. The picture taken with this piece is from Winterbourne Daunsey a pretty little pub in the middle of the village, just nice to call in for a glass of wine while the kids let of some steam.
