As you can see the site has had a spring makeover, a huge thanks to John, he gave up hours to do it for me, I just felt I needed to thinking of spring time and forget about snow and winter. I need to feel the warm sun again and for an hour or two today I did and it was wonderful so I really hope it is just around the corner.
Had a nice weekend although Saturday did not start well John got his exam results and failed the final by 2 marks so I am afraid it is a resit for him and he is already back down to it, I am so pleased it is not me doing it I am afraid I would give up, but we had the boys here this weekend as well as Paige and I think that took our minds of things, infact John let the boys play on his new iphone which made them very happy, then Joe and graham called in for coffee so it was a really nice family time.
On the farm life seems to be getting very busy, lots of entertaining, and lots of things to sort out after winter, but the snowdrops are up and looking lovely but the down side of spring is we have two female foxes living around the farm and we think they both may have young which we believe has already cost us a couple of sheep, so we will have to keep an eye on this as it could become a real problem, normally the fox would only take week lambs but when they are feeding young they will take down a weakened sheep, still it is all part of country life, roll on summer I am sooo ready for it.
