Our favourite destination of the NC500 is Sutherland. Our first stop for two nights was at Ullapool, which is just down from Kylesku and the famous bridge
Newton Lodge is a very special place, surrounded by amazing views. I could go on about this place, but I have made a little video for you so you can see for yourself.
While we were staying at the Newton Lodge Hotel, we went down to its sister hotel which is about a mile down the road. That also was lovely, fantastic food and staff.
