Our very good friend Pat gave me this recipe, she always cooks a wonderful meal when we visit her and Denis, this soup is just so good you do not want it to finish. With it being tomato season now ,I thought it perfect time to to share this, for those who grow Tomato’s and have too many, you can now make soup, enjoy.
