I do really believe we will not have anymore snow this year, no I do not own a crystal ball, but John and I have bought snow socks for the car, I should say his car, I will have to save to buy my car some. We ordered them yesterday after John could not get his sporty little car up our drive let alone drive it to Swindon, they arrived today, great service but the snow has gone, we both see this as the ultimate deterent, so tonight he is driving home in thick fog, yes he does have fog lights.
Before I get flooded with e-mails asking if we have really bought socks for the car I will explain, they look like covers for your tyres, developed in Sweden and are great for snow and ice driving giving extra traction, when we get to test them I will let you know how good they are.
I think the January blues are hitting me at the moment, I did not get to see my brother over Christmas also we know John’s contract finishes in 2 weeks, from that point we do not know where he will be and if there are any contracts out there, Paigey faces surgery again next Friday, and John also has major exams to take in February so I feel as though I am in flux at the moment. I am sure as the month rolls along I will bounce back to my usual self, maybe I need some shopping therapy or better still maybe I had better try one of the many weekend deals that are about at the moment, now that is food for thought, take care all.xxx
