Susie’s Homemade Ninja Beef Burgers

This is my take on Gordon Ramsay’s recipe, and it is delicious. In the original recipe there is no red onion, that is my addition, if you don’t like onions just leave it out. This makes a great recipe for people who are caravanning or living in Vans as you can put them in a frying pan or on a BBQ and they freeze really well too.

Ingredients:

  • 400grams of good quality Minced Beef,
  • 55 grams of frozen grated butter,
  • 1/4 finely chopped red onion
  • 1/2 a tablespoon of garlic granules or garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon of ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of Olive oil

For the Sriracha Mayo, two tablespoon’s of good Mayo and add 1 tablespoon of Sriracha sauce to the Mayo and combine together.

Method

Add the minced beef to the grated butter

Mix together all ingredients, including the red onion if you wish and get your hands in there to combine it all well

Divide into 4 small patties. cover with clingfilm and place in the fridge for 10 minutes

Place into the Ninja, set on air fry at 200C for 10minutes, stop at 5 minutes to flip the patties over so that they are cooked on both sides, I then gave the burger a further 2 minutes on Max crisp which is 240C so total time was 12 minutes.

While that is cooking build your bun add your choice of toppings

I checked interior temperature with my probe and both burgers were over 75c at the end of cooking time.

I hope that you give this a try.
